Sometimes life is so perfect you don’t need the fancy words to describe it. Sometimes poetry is as simply as a phrase or two like – Look, the moon. Give me your hand. Take my jacket. I understand. Sweet dreams. I’m falling for you. I’m so sorry. Be careful. Kiss me. I do.

The happiest people are the smartest people. For they discover the key that unlocks the door to everything reality hides, and enter a world only they can imagine – a sublime destiny, only perceived by their own minds. Where they swing under the branches of the tree of life, the wind kissing their faces, as they laugh at the others who have the same key in the palm of their hands but are too damn blind to see it.

When you stop to think about it, everything is so perfect, the way the sun warms the Earth. How the forest breathes out so that we can breathe in, and every single curled eyelash grew from my lids to protect the source of my observations to this fact. Sex is what comes to mind when some think about the most intimate connection you can have with another. But in my experience, when I look back at those who I’ve allowed open me up, it’s not the sex, but what comes after – Two people dreaming side by side, physically joined while spiritually in an entirely different realm, is the most intimate act possible. And waking up, returning from that sublime state, only to have your eyes looking into theirs, the first thing you see, is like coming home from a great journey, and with a sigh of satisfaction…
